Client Service Analyst

As a member of the J.P. Morgan Treasury Services team, your role will involve providing prompt and value-added inquiry services and solutions to clients. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up on pending cases, and proactively updating clients. It will be your duty to adhere to risk and compliance guidelines while meeting client needs, as well as identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be required to perform various maintenance requests, coordinate with internal partners, and resolve inquiries from clients and internal partners through effective communication and problem-solving. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines and have at least 1 year of experience in the banking industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, analytical thinking, and creativity in problem-solving are essential for success in this role. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of client service by ensuring that all client inquiries are resolved satisfactorily through collaboration with other departments locally and globally. While not mandatory, prior experience in a Transaction Banking role and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be considered advantageous for this position.,
