Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented BBA graduates to join us as Client Relationship Officers (CROs). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about client engagement, communication, and business operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth client servicing, supporting internal coordination, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide information and guidance about our services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships to ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Assist in addressing client requirements with accuracy, clarity, and empathy.
• Maintain structured records of client interactions, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Support appointment management, reminders, and timely execution of services.
• Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and related processes.
• Handled complete spectrum of Live event ( webinar )management
• Contribute to operational and administrative tasks to strengthen overall business support.

Work Timings

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Work from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Qualifications

• BBA graduates (any specialisation – Marketing, HR, or Operations preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
