This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Officer cum Sales Enhancement Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves managing client relationships, generating leads, communicating effectively with clients, overseeing sales operations, and driving channel sales strategies to enhance sales performance.
What you’ll do:
✨ Build and nurture relationships with colleges, placement officers, and academic partners
✨ Drive enrollments through campus visits, workshops, and counseling sessions
✨ Organize job fairs, webinars, and seminars to generate leads
✨ Collaborate with institutions for MoUs and long-term hiring partnerships
What we’re looking for:
✔ Proven experience in business development & sales (EdTech experience is a plus)
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-focused mindset
✔ Ability to engage effectively with colleges, corporates, and consultants
