Client Relationship Manager | Luxury Real Estate

You will be working in the Luxury Real Estate Sales industry on a full-time basis at our Hebbal (Kempapura) location. Your working hours will be from 10AM to 7PM. With over 2 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for various key duties: - Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills. - Maintaining a professional appearance and a keen sense of style. - Exhibiting strong analytical thinking, a high IQ, and a comprehensive understanding of industry trends. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals in the luxury real estate segment. - Showcasing luxury properties through personalized presentations, property tours, and exclusive events to clients. - Negotiating terms of sale with potential buyers to meet sales targets. - Providing expert advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. - Offering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in Sales or Client Relationship Management. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-driven mindset. Prior experience in Luxury Real Estate sales or similar roles is advantageous.
