Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Insurance Broking Team for a Corporate Client Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. They will also be responsible for updating clients on new products and services, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• In-depth knowledge of Employee benefit products GMC, GPA , GTLI etc.
• Any Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of Experience in the Insurance Broking, Insurance company or TPA services industry is a plus
