Immediate Hiring Job Title: Client Relationship Executive Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be the bridge between our clients and our expert mentorship team. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with students and parents, Understand their needs and ensure they receive the best guidance on their medical journey. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and providing a seamless experience for our clients. • Client Engagement & Relationship Management ➢ Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing information about our services. ➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring their needs are met. ➢ Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns, provide updates and maintain engagement. • Guidance & Consultation ➢ Assist students in understanding various medical admission processes, including counselling, cut-offs and fee structures. ➢ Provide support in navigating our Hello Mentor portal for valuable insights. ➢ Coordinate with mentors to arrange one-on-one sessions, webinars, and workshops.
