Role Brief:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Relationship Intern to support our tele calling efforts and drive account openings for our digital investment platform, Dhanush. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in client communication, acquisition, and relationship management within a professional financial services environment.

Role Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or leads.

· Explain the benefits and process of account opening.

· Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their concerns or hesitations.

· Guide customers through the necessary steps to complete KYC and activate accounts.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and account status.

· Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding/reactivation.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.

· Knowledge of financial services or an interest in the investment space

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
