In this voice-based role, you will be responsible for engaging with newly registered and existing clients to support initial trading activity, and promote appropriate financial products. The role demands strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to drive revenue by nurturing client relationships and cross-selling relevant financial offerings. The primary focus of this role will be to onboard new ambassadors by guiding them through processes, resources, and expectations. Alongside onboarding, the intern will also support community engagement by communicating updates, tracking milestones, and building strong connections within the ambassador network. Role Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential ambassadors and share details about CAP. Lead the onboarding process for new ambassadors, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident to begin. Provide clear communication of tasks, updates, and program guidelines. Guide ambassadors through their journey, ensuring smooth progression across milestones. Build strong relationships within the community and keep members engaged. Collect feedback from existing members to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
