Client Relationship Executive

Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Executive in Nagpur, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be tasked with identifying and converting new business opportunities through proactive engagement. Educating clients about a range of financial products and providing expert guidance on investment strategies and financial planning will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaborating with internal departments to address client concerns and achieving individual and team sales targets will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. - Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities. - Provide expert guidance on financial products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Bond Investments, and Mutual Funds. - Educate clients on product benefits, investment strategies, and financial planning. - Ensure timely client follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal departments to effectively resolve client concerns. - Achieve individual and team sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 1 year of experience in client relationship management, sales, or financial services. - Strong understanding of investment and insurance products. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - High level of interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.,
