We're Hiring for "Client Support Executive" Industry Preferred : FMCG , Hotels , Restaurant , Catering Qualification : Any Graduate Experience : 1.0 Years (FMCG) Salary : Up to 30K Location : Sainikpuri , hyderabad 6Days Working , Day Shifts Timings - 10:30AM to 7:00PM Note : Applicant candidate should be able to speak English , Hindi & Telugu fluently. Key Responsibilities : 1. Talk to Clients: - Speak politely and clearly with our businesses (restaurants, catering services, etc.). - Collect required details for onboarding processes. - Follow up regularly to get missing details. 2. Help New Clients Get Started: - Create their business account in our system. - Help set up payment gateways (like Razorpay) and menu integration (like Petpooja). - Support in menu updates if needed. 3. Support Existing Clients: - Call clients who are already using our system to check if everything is going well. - If they are only using a few features, explain how they can use the rest of the features to get more benefits. 4. Testing & Reporting Issues: - Try out new features in our system and check if everything is working. - If something is not working, write down the problem clearly and share it with our technical team.
