Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Care Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves managing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring order updates, and providing a seamless customer experience across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook, email, and phone. Provide product details, pricing, and order updates to customers. Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues. Assist sales and business development teams in follow-ups. Manage CRM entries and support marketing campaigns when required. Build strong relationships with customers to improve repeat business and referrals.
