Role Overview

As a Client Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to manage client interactions smoothly, ensure their comfort, and contribute to delivering a superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client appointments, schedules, and queues.
• Welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Collect client feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and customer support efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
• Pleasant personality with excellent multitasking skills.
• Passionate, self-driven, and customer-focused.
