Job Description

As an Client Relationship Specialist, you will connect with students and Parents, offering personalized counselling to understand their educational goals and challenges. You’ll develop and implement sales strategies, track performance, and improve the overall sales process & customer Service. · Provide personalized counselling to guide students in academic and career decisions. · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. · Track and analyze sales performance for continuous improvement. · Plan and manage the complete counselling and admission process. · Identify suitable colleges and courses based on student profiles. · Assist students through the entire admission cycle for a smooth experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation. Experience: 2-5 years Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil is required. · Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. · Knowledge of career counseling, medical education, and NEET UG/PG (a plus). · Proficiency in MS Excel, research, and presentation skills.
