Job Title: Client Relationship Manager – Lead Generation & Coordination

Location: Kochi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to support our growing business in the EV charging network sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating closely with the direct sales team to ensure smooth conversion and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Qualify leads and share them with the direct sales team for follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects to build trust and interest.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and client details.
• Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, sharing client requirements, and ensuring timely follow-ups

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, client coordination, or academic counseling (study abroad industry preferred).
• Excellent fluency in English and local language.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
