Client Relations & Collaboration Associate

Role Overview: As a Client Relations & Collaboration Associate at New York Area Immigration Services (NAIS), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between NAIS and our clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships, coordinating case updates, assisting clients in understanding service options, supporting operational processes, and providing high-quality customer service. No prior immigration background is required as full training will be provided. If you possess a work authorization card, it will be a strong advantage for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and collaborating organizations - Coordinate case updates, documentation flow, and follow-ups - Assist clients in understanding service options and required next steps - Work directly with leadership to support operational and service delivery processes - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (training provided) - Learn U.S. immigration basics (F-1, H-1B, Green Card, Change of Status, etc.) through structured internal training - Handle incoming inquiries professionally and ensure high-quality customer service - Support marketing and outreach activities when required Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills (verbal & written) - Professional attitude and ability to handle clients confidently - Willingness to learn U.S. immigration processes - Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented - Ability to multitask and maintain follow-ups - Having a valid work authorization card is preferred (not mandatory) - Experience in customer service, administration, or coordination is a plus About the Company: New York Area Immigration Services (NAIS) is a fast-growing U.S. immigration consulting firm dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and corporations with visas, green cards, and long-term immigration planning.
