Client Relations Trainee

📍 Location: Ernakulam, Kacheripady

🕒 Full-Time

🎓 Freshers Welcome (BBA/MBA/Any Degree)

Key Responsibilities :-

• Assist in managing client communications and maintaining strong relationships.
• Support the client servicing team in daily operations and coordination.
• Maintain client databases.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.
• Learn client management processes and contribute to service excellence.

Requirements :-

• Recent graduates or final-year students (Any degree, especially BBA/MBA preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to learn new tools.
• A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
