About the Role

Analyst – Client Operations I

Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned daily operational tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of client operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:
MBA (Finance) – Mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
Finance/Banking concepts
and
Financial Products
(Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
, particularly
MS Excel
.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

Prior exposure to
Performance & Attribution
in asset management operations.
Education from a
Tier 1 college
(e.g., Symbiosis preferred).
