About the Role

Analyst – Client Operations I

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned daily operational tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of client operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Qualification:

    MBA (Finance) – Mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Finance/Banking concepts

    and

    Financial Products

    (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.).
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office

    , particularly

    MS Excel

    .
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Prior exposure to

    Performance & Attribution

    in asset management operations.
  • Education from a

    Tier 1 college

    (e.g., Symbiosis preferred).
