Client Onboarding Specialist- Investment Management

You will be joining Voya India, a company dedicated to transforming the financial services customer experience through technology, innovation, and human creativity. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Serve as a project manager and liaison to implement new client portfolios and funds, focusing on European mandates - Administer the technical onboarding system for each new client mandate, creating workflows, generating tasks, and obtaining feedback and approval from internal cross-functional departments - Collaborate continuously with Client Service and Operational teams through teleconferences, project management updates, and management reporting - Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure action items are communicated and delivered in partnership with internal teams - Collect and distribute all necessary client documents and work with Voya Compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance - Document and communicate processes and deliverables across the firm, seeking resolutions for bespoke client operational matters - Utilize designated systems fully to maintain accurate records of client requirements and portfolio data - Apply investment industry knowledge and experience in Institutional client onboarding and other Client Service matters to manage issues effectively and support process improvements - Lead projects and participate in multi-functional project teams to support new business initiatives Qualifications required for this role include: - Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services operations/accounting or related field - Service-oriented, client-focused, consultative philosophy - Proactive ownership and leadership approach - Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead projects independently and address issues effectively - Very strong technical skills, with the ability to optimize technology tools such as MS, Planner/Project Management, Salesforce, etc. - Ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently - Strong attention to detail Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the investment management business/asset management industry, client onboarding experience, and familiarity with regulatory aspects. Knowledge of operational and investment product aspects of fixed income and equity securities, public and private markets, and asset management business is also preferred.,
