Your primary responsibilities will include crafting insightful dashboards, delivering high-impact presentations, and analyzing client feedback to identify improvement opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who excels in data visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Craft and maintain dashboards to visualize key client experience metrics and trends. - Prepare executive-level presentations that translate data into clear, actionable insights. - Analyze client feedback and happiness scores to identify opportunities for improvement. - Ensure consistent and timely delivery of client experience insights through report presentations. - Build data-driven narratives that help stakeholders understand the reasons behind client scores and sentiments. - Benchmark client experience performance against industry standards and competitors. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. - Experience in preparing impactful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. - Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful, story-driven insights. - Understanding of customer experience metrics and methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. **Desirable Skills:** - Familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc. - Understanding of research methodologies including survey design, sampling, and qualitative analysis. - Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive modeling. - Storytelling mindset with a passion for making data accessible and engaging. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in driving cross-functional alignment. - Empathetic approach to understanding client needs and behaviors.
