Your responsibilities as an Associate - Client Engagement at Goodera include: - Assisting the Client Engagement Manager in managing client accounts - Working closely with internal teams to understand and achieve client project goals - Communicating effectively with clients to comprehend their needs and expectations - Taking ownership of client projects from inception to completion - Contributing to project plans and timelines development - Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to support client objectives - Drafting client communications and organizing meetings and presentations Skills And Expertise required for this role: - Possession of a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree - 1-4 years of experience in project management and client relationship building, preferably in a consulting environment (Social Impact Consulting experience is advantageous) - Strong passion for social impact and belief in the power of purpose-driven employee engagement - Excellent analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative - Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey ideas and solutions effectively - Proactive mindset, high energy levels, perseverance, and collaborative approach to drive the team and organization forward - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently If you meet the above requirements and are enthusiastic about the Associate - Client Engagement role at Goodera, we invite you to submit your application.
