We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Counsellor & Business Development Manager who can manage inquiries, convert leads, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our studio and academy.

🧿 Key Responsibilities

Client Counselling

• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries & WhatsApp leads.

• Counsel students for makeup courses and guide clients for salon services.

• Explain services, pricing, course structure & career opportunities.

• Ensure every client receives a professional and warm experience.

Lead Management

• Manage calls, messages, appointment schedules & follow-ups.

• Track leads on CRM/Excel and maintain high conversion rates.

• Prepare daily & weekly reports.

Business Development

• Plan and execute strategies to increase admissions & salon bookings.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions & campaigns.

• Build relationships with colleges, influencers & partner brands.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate between clients, artists, trainers, and management.

• Ensure smooth execution of appointments and classes.

• Maintain client satisfaction through follow-ups and feedback.

• Excellent communication & counselling skills

• Strong persuasion and sales ability

• Confident, presentable & customer-centric

• Basic understanding of beauty/makeup (preferred)

• Strong follow-up, organization, and reporting skills

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel & digital tools
