Client Coordinator

You will be joining our team as a Client Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role as the primary contact point for our clients. Requirements for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology sector. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication, MS Office, and CRM software. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with project management tools, software development processes, and IT services. - Located in Rajkot, Gujarat, the position requires candidates with 0 to 6 months of experience.
