Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Client Coordinator to support our business operations and client communication. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling and capable of handling professional coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and client outreach
• Working closely with the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Assistant
• Coordinating with the Marketing Team on campaigns
• Supporting email marketing and social media marketing activities
• Handling professional email communication
• Preparing and circulating MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining records

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Professional email etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in client coordination or support roles
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
