Client Coordinator/Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator/ client coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for directly interacting with clients, understanding project requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and resolve project-related issues. 

The candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and technical skills which is essential as you will act as a key liaison between our clients and internal operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients to gather project requirements and specifications. 
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality in tasks and project data. 
• Be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey. 
• To understand the process and should evolve as a responsible team player. 
• Interface with internal teams to address any project related issues, ensuring timely delivery. 

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience  
• Willing to work in US shifts 
• Prior experience working with US clients (strongly preferred). 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with US clients. 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. 
• Comfortable working independently  
• Experience coordinating across teams and departments to resolve issues. 
• Experience working in a client-facing role. 

Experience: 1 -5 years
