Client Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of our company—interface directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of software solutions
• Manage client relationships with confidence and clarity, providing ongoing support and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure seamless software implementation and post-deployment support

Looking For

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within a software development environment
• Strong background in software development or software implementation support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you're comfortable presenting, explaining, and problem-solving with clients and teams
• Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus

Qualifications

• UG Degree: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Com or equivalent
• Strong command over client management, project coordination, and software delivery processes

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
