We require a young and dynamic female graduate below 28 years who job profile include handling incoming and outgoing visitors, mails and packages, maintaining a professional and organized office environment, document filing and data entry, resolving customer queries and attending inquiries, maintaining various office logs etc.

She should be proficient in English and Malayalam and should have working knowledge in Hindi. Candidates who are from Thiruvananthapuram or willing to settle in Thiruvananthapuram needs apply,
Client Coordination:Handle incoming and outgoing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.Maintain client records and databases.Administrative Support:Manage office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing calls appropriately.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain office supplies and equipment.Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.Organize and maintain office records and files.Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.Office Management:Maintain a professional and organized office environment.Ensure office safety and security.Assist with the planning and execution of office events.
