Job Overview

The Client Coordinator's responsibilities include detailed planning marketing promotion activities/Events. It involves incorporating new and innovative ideas along with creative solutions and collaborating with the relevant departments, Clients and Vendors as well as partners for better result.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Main person responsible and accountable for the execution of the entire activity.

·       To co-ordinate with sales team/client and facilitate activation

·       To setup & co-ordinate with vendors and plan the activation accordingly

·       To be responsible for vendor management

·       Design reporting formats and structures, analyse it and ensure sharing the reports with the clients

·       Communicate fluently and effectively with clients/vendors across the country

·       Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment

Specifications:

·       Education Level : Graduation / MBA in Marketing

·       Experience : Min 1 – 4 years

·       Area of Experience – Preferred from Consumer Goods Industry; Advertising & Promotions; Radio Activation/Media/ Events.

·       Communication: Excellent in English and Proficient in Hindi and Bengali.
