Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Case Representative located in Pune. The Client Case Representative will be responsible for managing patients in US, serving as the primary point of contact for patients directing them to the right hospital and treatment, resolving their medical condition and assisting and ensuring them satisfaction. Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to execute their requests, conducting strong follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records of patient's interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service experience of 6 months in healthcare is required mandatory (inbound/outbound)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
