Role Overview

Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  email marketing campaigns

  to generate leads.
• Conduct

  LinkedIn outreach

  to connect with decision-makers and nurture relationships.

• Cold call

  prospects to introduce our services and qualify opportunities.
• Maintain an organized CRM and track outreach progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts, emails, and targeting strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in

  email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and/or cold calling

  (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
• Excellent written & spoken English communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with

  digital marketing services

  (bonus point if you know Meta/Google Ads basics).

What We Offer

• Internship Stipend (First 6 Months): ₹10,000/month

  Performance Pay: ₹25,000/month + attractive sales bonus
