Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Client Acquisition Executive – MBA Freshers to join our Client Acquisition Team. The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong corporate relationships, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with various organizations for long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background in MBA – HR or Marketing and strong interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients across industries.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate partners for collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct client requirement analysis and offer tailored solutions to meet business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and corporate clients.
  • Plan and execute corporate outreach strategies to achieve business development targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client acquisition progress and pipeline to management.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or Marketing.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Target-oriented with a passion for building long-term professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of corporate collaboration models and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or corporate partnerships is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Networking capability across industries.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to customize solutions for client needs.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives
