Client Acquisition & Events Specialist

Role Summary

We seek a dynamic Relationship Builder to drive client conversions through strategic partnerships, event coordination, and persuasive consultation. You’ll amplify our client base by collaborating with event managers, external teams, and converting high-value aesthetic packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Conversion: Confidently consult clients on premium aesthetic packages (skin/hair treatments, dermatological procedures) and close sales.
• Event Mastery: Coordinate pop-up events, brand collaborations, and in-clinic experiences with event managers to boost footfall.
• Relationship Building: Forge partnerships with gyms, salons, corporates, and influencers to expand referral networks.
• Footfall Generation: Design & execute strategies to attract 50+ new clients monthly via events/partnerships.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings and client trends to refine sales approaches.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Industry-Specific Expertise:
• 2+ years in sales/relationship management in aesthetics, dermatology, or premium beauty.
• Deep knowledge of skincare ingredients, haircare treatments, laser procedures, and dermatological protocols.
• Persuasion & Networking Skills:
• Proven ability to convince high-intent clients and negotiate B2B partnerships.
• Exceptional spoken English & Tamil – articulate, professional, and culturally savvy.
• Event & Relationship Prowess:
• Experience organizing successful events (e.g., pop-ups, wellness workshops).
• Existing network with Coimbatore’s event managers/corporate partners (preferred).
