Job Description:
As an Esthetician at Rootwise Aesthetics, you will play a key role in performing a variety of advanced facial and skin care treatments. You will work alongside our dermatologists to provide pre- and post-procedure care and educate clients on maintaining their skin health. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, has a gentle touch, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including advanced facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion.
• Provide pre and post-operative care for clients undergoing dermatological procedures.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure strict adherence to all clinic safety, sanitation, and sterilization protocols.
• Assist in managing clinic inventory of skincare products and supplies.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the medical aesthetics industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified Esthetician diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a clinical or medical spa setting.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, skin biology, and various skin conditions.
• Proficiency in performing advanced facial treatments and using related equipment.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, compassionate demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
