Client Accounting Specialist

As a US Accountant at alliantgroup, you will have the opportunity to directly interact with US clients and perform various accounting tasks to support their financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Categorizing bank and credit card transactions - Posting transactions in GL and sub-ledger - Conducting cash applications and reconciliations - Managing GL, AP, AR accounting - Handling Fixed Assets and Inventory - Computing depreciation and amortization - Cleaning books of account - Preparing Trial Balance, Financial Statements, and ad hoc reports & dashboards - Collaborating with clients and Auditors - Closing books of account - Coordinating with ISMS core team for ISMS activities and implementation strategies We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in US accounting with direct client interaction - Proficiency in accounting software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite, etc. - Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision - Strong written and oral communication skills - Entrepreneurial mindset - Experience in industries such as Consumer Business, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Life Science, Logistics/Supply Chain, Private Equity, Constructions, Manufacturing, Staffing/Labor Management Joining alliantgroup as a US Accountant offers you the chance to break new ground and contribute to the organization's growth.
