Job description Roles and Responsibilities: KPIs: Number of New Clients Acquired, count of new clients secured within a specific period. Total Revenue from Key Accounts, revenue generated from key accounts over a defined timeframe. Market Share Growth, increase in the share of the target market served through key accounts. Client Retention Initiatives Implemented, strategies to retain and engage key accounts. Schedule and conduct regular meetings and presentations to assess client needs, present solutions and build strong relations. Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive revenue growth. Exceed sales targets and quotas for recruitment services. Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on current client base and potential new business. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential revenue streams. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively. Develop and implement account strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term success. Act swiftly to resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and address any areas for improvement. Candidate must have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree added advantage). Total work experience of 10years, out of which minimum 8years experience as an Account Management or B2B Business development sales. Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an added advantage. Exceptional English communication skills, mastery in negotiation, and a calm presence of mind during complex scenarios. Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
