Clearing & Settlement Analyst

The Clearing & Settlement Analyst position in Jaipur, India involves preparing and verifying swift instructions for the custodian agent, resolving unmatched items and implementing long-term solutions for recurring issues, communicating with the custodian agent to identify settlement problems, identifying and following up on cash discrepancies, supporting the client services team in resolving settlement issues for clients, and creating backups through cross-training. It is essential to escalate issues promptly to prevent adverse impacts on the business and generate end-of-day control reports according to procedures. To excel in this role, candidates should have knowledge of capital markets, Microsoft Windows, SWIFT, and possess strong communication skills. They should be team players, adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and have a graduate degree from a recognized university. Preferably, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in security settlement work in IB/Asset Management/Broking businesses and the ability to quickly grasp new systems.
