Job Title: Cleaning / Showroom Maintenance Manager – Textile Showroom Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Retail / Textiles Note : 3 to 5 years of experience in a housekeeping/maintenance manager in the hotel industry is mandatory About Us: We are a leading textile showroom in Chennai, known for offering a premium shopping experience in a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. We are seeking a Cleaning / Showroom Maintenance Manager with strong experience in hospitality to ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily cleaning and maintenance operations of the showroom Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor performance Ensure all areas of the showroom, including floors, washrooms, display units, and common areas, are spotless and well-maintained Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Coordinate with external vendors for deep cleaning, pest control, and repairs Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement Report maintenance issues to management and ensure quick resolution Required Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience as a housekeeping/maintenance manager in the hotel industry is mandatory Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene Experience in managing a team of housekeeping staff Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and best practices Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Fluency in Tamil preferred How to Apply Interview Details Contact : HR - 98844 64937 ( WhatsApp your Updated Resume, Exp Certificate, and Salary Slip immediately ).
