Role Overview: As a Clay Modeller, you will be responsible for leading a vehicle model building activity for a two-wheeler/3-wheeler project with a small team. Your role will involve delivering a fully finished model for management presentations and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams during meetings to troubleshoot any issues related to the model while maintaining the desired intent. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a vehicle model building activity for a two-wheeler/3-wheeler project with a small team. - Deliver a fully finished model for management presentations. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering/Testing/Protoshop) during meetings and troubleshoot any issues related to the model. Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Automotive Design. - 5 to 8 years of experience as a manager in modelling and clay studio in an automotive OEM. - Experience in two-wheeler modelling and clay model building is an added advantage. - Hands-on experience in automotive/two-wheeler modelling using materials such as automotive clay, UREOL, Styrofoam, FRP, and RPT. - Ability to complete model building from the start (building of armature) to the final finished/painted model based on a planned/agreed timeline. - Experience in managing and mentoring junior modelers in clay and other model making processes. - Excellent sense of design and aesthetics of a vehicle. - Knowledge about Clay milling and White light scanning equipment. - Basic knowledge of Teamcenter and Unigraphics is preferred.,
