Description
Responsibilities: Classroom Training Delivery (Mandatory): Conduct dynamic and interactive full-time, offline classroom training sessions for Full Stack Python. Explain complex Python concepts, web development principles, and framework functionalities in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner. Facilitate hands-on coding exercises, practical labs, and real-world project implementations during sessions. Ensure a highly engaging and supportive learning environment for all students. Core and Advanced Python Expertise: Deliver in-depth training on Python fundamentals, including data types, control flow, functions, modules, and object-oriented programming (OOPs) concepts. Cover advanced Python topics such as decorators, generators, iterators, context managers, multi-threading, and error handling. Teach relevant Python libraries like NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation (if part of the curriculum). Django Framework Mastery: Provide comprehensive training on the Django web framework, covering: Django project setup and architecture. Models, Views, Templates (MVT) design pattern. Django ORM and database interactions (e.g., with MySQL, PostgreSQL). Form handling, validation, and user authentication. Working with Django REST Framework for API development. Deployment strategies for Django applications. Full Stack Integration: Integrate front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap) within the Full Stack Python curriculum, demonstrating how they interact with the Django backend. Guide students through the process of building complete, end-to-end web applications. Mentoring & Doubt Clarification: Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students, addressing their doubts and technical challenges effectively. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in completing assignments and projects. Curriculum Adherence & Enhancement: Adhere strictly to Naresh IT's Full Stack Python curriculum while bringing real-world insights and best practices into the training.
