Skills: Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Student Assessment, Educational Technology, Instructional Support, Behavioral Intervention, Job Summary We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and responsible Assistant Teacher to support the teaching and learning process in our Nursery/Prep classrooms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the main teacher to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters the holistic development of young learners. Key Responsibilities Assist the class teacher in delivering daily lessons, activities, and classroom routines. Support childrens individual and group learning through interactive play and structured tasks. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Prepare teaching aids, materials, and displays as directed by the class teacher. Provide individual attention to students who need extra support. Help manage student behavior and promote positive discipline practices. Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings as required. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. ECCEd or a diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred. Prior experience working with young children in a school or daycare setting is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
