Claims Adjuster

As a Claims Adjuster with 6-8 years of experience located in Pune, your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing code and assigning claims to diaries as needed. - Acting as a point of contact for field investigation and examining and investigating details of claims. - Determining required reserves and placing them on claims in accordance with the delegation of authority. - Corresponding with claimants and witnesses, consulting with police, hospital records, and other experts as part of the claims" investigation and settlement process. - Negotiating claims and settlements with required approvals as per the delegation of authority. - Submitting claims to Third Party Administrators (TPA) as per requirements, including litigated claims, and providing all necessary documentation to TPA and the legal department. - Communicating any trends or opportunities for correction at field locations to your supervisor or safety and loss prevention personnel. - Completing reports or other analyses as directed. - Engaging with internal teams and external customers in alignment with the company's mission, values, and diversity principles.,
