Cladding & Architectural Finishing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites.
• Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Verify quality and progress of architectural finishes and construction elements.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and Architectural manager and resolve architectural and design issues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, daily activities and architectural compliance documentation.
• Assist the Architectural Manager in scheduling, cost estimation, and procurement for architectural materials and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in finishing works on construction sites preferably in Steel structure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes and materials.
• Able to interact with multi-levels of management personnel within the organization and third parties such as clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
