CJN-170/2024 - Vacancy For Experienced Operations Supervisor (Coding) Vacancy for Experienced Operations Supervisor (Coding) Vacancy published date: 29/05/2024 Last date of application: 05/06/2024 Job Requirements Any graduates with total 2+ years of experience & 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor Candidate should be Certified (CPC/CCS) Related training/experience (preferably within the past five years) Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care guidelines Proficiency in the use of Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and various software programs Job Descriptions Fields questions from Coding Associates and Auditors as well as clients Establishes procedures, prepares and coordinates schedules, and expedites workflow Prepares reports and correspondence as needed Compiles status and work-volume reports for management Interviews, trains, motivate, and reward Coding department staff. Manages disciplinary personnel issues and escalates accordingly Possess thorough knowledge of multispecialty coding, including CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCs codes.
