Civil/Structural Designer

As a Civil/Structural Designer at L&T Energy-Carbonlite Solutions in Vadodara, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge and expertise in civil engineering and structural engineering. Your role will involve demonstrating sound proficiency in design concepts and hands-on engineering experience for structural steel and reinforced concrete analysis and design, particularly in industrial buildings and structures, including water-retaining structures in Power projects or similar environments. To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum qualification of ITI or Diploma, along with a deep understanding of analytical software such as STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, SAP, etc. Additionally, you should be familiar with and capable of applying IS codes/standards, as well as American, British, and European codes of practices for both domestic and international projects. Your experience in reviewing multiple domestic and international projects will be crucial in this role. The ideal candidate for this position should exhibit leadership qualities and have a proven track record of working as a Reviewer/Lead engineer in multi-disciplinary EPC projects, both domestically and internationally. You should be adept at guiding multiple teams, resolving site and interdisciplinary issues, and effectively managing customer interactions. Experience in working within a 3D environment will be an added advantage.
