Monitor and identify relevant tenders through government portals, private clients, and online sources.

Evaluate tender documents (technical, financial, and commercial) and assess project viability.

Prepare tender documentation, including BOQs, cost estimates, technical write-ups, and compliance checklists.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs.

Maintain compliance with all tender submission requirements, including bid security, EMD, and certifications.

Liaise with clients and government bodies for clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and submission follow-ups.

Prepare and maintain a database of submitted tenders, bid results, and performance metrics.

Support in post-tender negotiations and contract finalisation if required.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
