Civil Work Order Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue work orders for civil construction activities (masonry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and vendors for work execution.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and site requirements before preparing work orders.
• Maintain and update records of issued work orders, materials used, and work completion.
• Monitor progress of assigned civil works and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in rate analysis and estimation for work orders.
• Ensure work orders comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Maintain documentation related to contractor bills, site progress, and materials.
• Support the project team in preparing reports and documentation.
• Handle communication between procurement, site, and accounts departments for work-related approvals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of civil construction activities and site processes.
• Familiarity with work order preparation and basic estimation.
• Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read drawings and understand measurements (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
