Civil Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting lectures and practical sessions as per the scheduled timetable. Additionally, you will assign daily assignments and ensure the timely completion of student journals and project work. Tracking and reporting student progress within specified timelines will also be part of your role. Moreover, you are expected to provide training and mentorship to junior faculty on advanced modules to support skill enhancement, encourage students to participate in national-level exams and certifications, and deliver seminars on assigned civil engineering technologies and tools. Interactive sessions to engage and support student learning will be conducted by you, and ensuring syllabus completion within the given academic timeframe is crucial. You may also be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the center when necessary.
