Job Description:

ASBL is seeking a Civil Trainer to deliver corporate technical training for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in civil engineering, experience in site execution, and the ability to train and mentor young engineers for real estate projects.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in civil site execution, preferably in real estate or high-rise residential projects.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring engineering trainees in a corporate or academic setting.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, Mivan, finishing works, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to design training content, assessments, and conduct interactive learning sessions.
• Familiarity with real estate project lifecycle and modern construction practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and behavioral training programs for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs).
• Develop and deliver customized training modules on construction techniques, project management, and quality standards.
• Provide on-site practical exposure and real-time learning opportunities.
• Mentor and evaluate trainees through tests, assignments, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Project Heads and HR team for training schedules and performance tracking.
• Continuously update training materials based on industry advancements and ASBL project needs.
• Foster a culture of learning, discipline, and technical excellence among trainees.
