Civil Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Job Description:
Royallinks is seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure that all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure that work is completed on schedule and in accordance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain site records including attendance, materials, and progress reports.
• Ensure safety measures and company policies are followed at the site.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Handle minor on-site decisions and guide laborers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Civil / Construction (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building construction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage manpower effectively.
