Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects in Thanjavur and Mannargudi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:

* Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations

* Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions

• Team Management:

* Lead and direct construction teams, providing guidance and support

* Foster a safe and productive work environment

• Quality Control:

* Ensure quality standards are met, conducting regular inspections and tests

* Identify and address defects or deficiencies

• Communication:

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors

* Report progress, issues, and concerns to stakeholders

• Safety and Compliance:

* Enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements

* Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments

Requirements:

• Education:

* Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Experience:

* Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in civil projects

• Skills:

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards

* Excellent leadership, Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and specifications.
