Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and managing civil construction and maintenance activities to ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of infrastructure. Oversees repair works, preventive maintenance, and site inspections while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and repair of civil structures (roads, buildings, drainage).
• Plan and schedule routine and emergency maintenance work.
• Inspect infrastructure to identify defects and recommend repairs.
• Manage teams and contractors to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in civil Superior construction and maintenance.(If college sector is added advantages)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
